Hawaiʻi’s five-star, five-diamond Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea announced the opening of Pantry Maui, the newest addition to the Resort’s collection of elevated dining experiences and guest amenities.

Crafted in tandem with Four Seasons Resort Maui’s culinary team, the café concept by Madhappy brings a thoughtfully curated menu of premium coffee and matcha specialty beverages, all-day fare, island-inspired creations available exclusively at the Resort, and a collection of specialty retail offerings unique to the Maui location. Marking Pantry’s debut in Hawaiʻi and its first standalone destination, the concept introduces a distinctive culinary destination that adds a new dimension to the Resort’s lifestyle offerings. 

Executive Chef Ryan Schelling and Executive Sous Chef AJ Thalakkat worked closely with the Pantry team to develop a collection of curated offerings specifically for Maui, reflecting the flavors, ingredients, and rhythm of the island and further enriching the breadth of culinary experiences available to guests throughout the Resort. 

Maui-exclusive beverage highlights include the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha Latte and Banana Coconut Latte, alongside Pantry’s signature sweet-cloud matcha and latte drinks. Guests will enjoy curated culinary offerings created specifically for Four Seasons Resort Maui, drawing inspiration from the island’s flavors. Highlights include the Poi Coconut Crown,a flaky pastry layered with poi and coconut, The South Side Acai Bowl with li-hing mui, pineapple, lychee, strawberry, haupia, toasted coconut, mac nut crumble, lilikoi sauce, and honey. 

Thoughtfully designed to elevate the ease and flow of a day at the Resort, Pantry Maui offers a refined selection of grab-and-go fare. Guests can enjoy house-made pastries, sandwiches, salads, wraps, smoothies, açaí bowls, gelato, and sundaes, made with island ingredients such as lilikoi, coconut, and mango.

The menu is complemented by cold-pressed juices and tonics from Maui Juice Co., as well as chocolate crafted with Hawaiʻi-grown cacao from Lonohana Estate Chocolate. Coffee is sourced from Los Angeles roastery Loquat with a signature blend created exclusively for Pantry, while ceremonial-grade matcha comes from Nekohama, a Japanese-founded brand rooted in traditional craftsmanship.

Born from Los Angeles-based Madhappy, Pantry is a food and beverage concept designed as a gathering place for the community, bringing together custom menus, specialty drinks with local and global partners. Marking the brand’s first stand-alone café and hospitality destination, Pantry Maui bridges fashion, culinary, and luxury hospitality through a distinctive experience inspired by the island’s lifestyle and sense of place.

The curated Maui-exclusive menu offerings are complemented by a thoughtfully selected collection of Pantry Maui apparel, accessories, drinkware, specialty packaged goods, and products created exclusively for the Resort. Designed to extend the Pantry experience beyond the café, the collection offers guests a distinctive way to take home a lasting connection to their time on Maui.
