Maui County Federal Credit Union hires Henry Arroyo as Chief Information Officer

Maui County Federal Credit Union announced the appointment of Henry Arroyo as Chief Information Officer. In this role, Arroyo will oversee the company’s IT strategy, cybersecurity program, regulatory compliance, and technology infrastructure.

Arroyo brings more than 12 years of progressive IT leadership experience, most recently as Manager of Core Cloud Services at Tessitura Network, where he led cloud infrastructure and security strategy for a global platform serving 700+ enterprise clients, including a multi-year cloud migration, an automated security system that cut certificate-related risk by 80%, and sustained PCI DSS compliance. He previously spent nearly five years as the IT Manager for the Maui Arts & Cultural Center, where he managed a $1 million technology budget, secured $750,000 in grant funding for network modernization, and built a security program that dramatically reduced the organization’s phishing risk.

Arroyo is a Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) with additional certifications spanning cloud architecture and cybersecurity and holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. A longtime Maui resident, he has also run an independent IT consulting practice on the island for more than 15 years, serving local healthcare, government, and institutional clients.
