Continuing a successful series of dinners across the globe, Wolfgang Puck and Byron Lazaroff-Puck will bring their Generational Tasting Tour to Spago Maui on Sept. 17, 2026, continuing the international culinary journey that brings two generations of the Puck family together for an intimate, one-night-only dining experience.

Following stops in Washington, D.C., Las Vegas, and Istanbul, and continuing through Budapest and London before arriving in Maui, the Generational Tasting Tour has brought Wolfgang and Byron together in Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group restaurants around the world. Each stop creates a distinct culinary dialogue between father and son, pairing Wolfgang’s more than four decades of influence on modern fine dining with Byron’s contemporary perspective, international training, and vision for the future of the restaurant group.

At Spago Maui, Wolfgang and Byron will collaborate on a special multi-course, four-hands tasting menu, with courses served back-to-back to showcase their individual culinary perspectives while illustrating the connection between them. Wolfgang’s dishes will draw from the flavors, techniques and signature creations that have shaped his career, while Byron will look to Maui and Hawaii for inspiration, interpreting local ingredients and dishes through techniques developed during his training in some of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens.

“Cooking with Byron on this tour has been very special for me because I get to see how he takes what he has learned growing up around our restaurants and makes it completely his own.” Says Wolfgang Puck, “Maui has always been an important place for us and to come back here and cook side-by-side with Byron, each of us bringing our own perspective to the menu, is a wonderful way to celebrate where we have been and where we are going next.”
