Mayoral candidate Sugimura to hold meet-and-greet event Oct. 12 at Lahaina Cannery Mall

Maui County Council Vice Chair Yuki Lei Sugimura will hold a meet-and-greet event Monday at the Lahaina Cannery Mall as part of her campaign to unseat Richard Bissen as mayor of Maui County.
The event is scheduled for 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 12 at Sergio’s Cantina. The mall is located at 1221 Honoapiʻilani Highway. To register, click here.
As the top two votegetters in the Aug. 8 primary election, Bissen and Sugimura advanced to the Nov. 3 general election.
