Maui closed a portion of ʻĪao Valley Road between 10:42 a.m. and 12:16 p.m., on Friday, Oct. 11, due to a downed power line.
The area of work extended from 585 to 700 ʻĪao Valley Road, in Wailuku.

Police initially implemented a complete closure, then began alternating traffic at around 11:18 a.m., and had the road reopened by 12:16 p.m.
