Diabetes Support Group Offers Tips for the Holidays

Diabetic patients and their family members are invited to a Diabetes Education Support Group, which will focus this month on tips for the holidays.
The meeting, hosted by the Maui Memorial Medical Center, will run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, in the hospital’s Marion Hanlon Room of the Kahului Tower.

Discussion will be led by Marny Moriyasu R.N., CDE, a certified diabetes educator.
The Diabetes Support Group holds free monthly meetings that are open to the public, but geared toward the diabetic patient and their family.
