Waterline Repairs Overnight at Puʻunēnē – Kamehameha Intersection

The Maui Department of Water Supply will conduct repairs to a leaking waterline on Puʻunēnē Avenue overnight at the Kamehameha Avenue intersection.

The work is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, and conclude at 4 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2014.

During the work period, traffic on Puʻunēnē will be reduced to one-lane in the southbound direction headed towards Kīhei.  Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and follow posted signage during the repairs.

Water officials say water service will not be affected.
