The county budget will be the focus of the latest edition of Maui Mayor Alan Arakawa’s television show entitled “Your County with Mayor Arakawa.”

The live program airs on Wednesday, May 7, at 7 p.m. on Channel 54.

In addition to the proposed fiscal year 2015 budget, the show will also feature a High Tech Vision Screening initiative.

Executives with the non-profit Half-Helen Foundation will demonstrate high tech equipment that allows them to perform in-depth vision analysis in “just seconds.”

The group has already been used to screen more than 21,000 school children across the county.

Viewers are invited to call in with questions during the live program by calling 873-3430.

The show will re-air on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. on May 14-28.
