According to police reports, officers arrived to find the woman lying on the ground, and handcuffed her.

Police say responding officers found the weapon in a grassy area nearby, but determined that it was a BB gun, and not a handgun as initially reported.

Police later identified the woman as 58-year-old April Rush, and described her as homeless.
