Three’s Bar and Grill in Kihei is raising the ante with an updated menu, new sushi bar and breakfast service seven days a week.

“This is our dream menu, the menu we have always wanted our guests to experience,” said co-owner and chef Travis Morrin.

“We’ve always featured fresh local fish and Big Island beef, but now we are also integrating many other locally-sourced ingredients into our dishesWe also wanted to take our sushi to the next level by diversifying our offerings and adding more signature rolls. This turned out to be the catalyst for other new menu additions,” Morrin added.

So what’s on this “dream menu”?

It starts with breakfast at 8:30 a.m. (8 a.m. on the weekend) and includes seven types of Eggs Benedict ($13.95 to $15.95)  – including Kalua pork, smoked salmon and prime rib – huevos rancheros ($11.95), and a chimichurri breakfast sandwich ($11.95).

At 11:30 a.m. the raw bar opens and will offer daily specials and custom rolls to order with prices ranging from $6 to $26.

New raw bar items include two kinds of ahi poke ($15), a chirashi bowl ($26) and specialty rolls like the Green Dragon ($15.50 – unagi, snow crab, cucumber, avocado, sweet chili, tobiko) or Volcano ($15.50 – California roll topped with ahi, salmon, jalapeno and Sriracha).

The restaurant notes that updated menu standouts include the locally-sourced Upcountry Kale Salad ($9.95-$15.95), Three’s Traditional Ramen ($16) made with fresh Iwamoto family noodles and a pork soy dashi broth that has simmered for 12 hours, and the grass-fed Hawaiian Ranchers 12-ounce Prime Rib ($26.95) with Lahaina Town Brown Ale jus and whole mustard-garlic rub.
