Maui’s Wailea Beach Villas made a splash in the new 2014 Readers’ Choice Awards compiled by Condé Nast Traveler magazine.
The Maui resort was featured in the number one spot on the list for the Top 25 Resorts in Hawaiʻi.
The 98-room resort was also the only Hawaiʻi resort featured in the elite list of the Top 25 Resorts in the US, coming in at number 14.
Destination Resorts Hawaiʻi’s Wailea Beach Villas earned a rating of 94.242 on the Hawaiʻi list, ahead of #2 Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi, The Lodge at Kōʻele; #3 Honua Kai Resort & Spa; and #4 Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort, according to the publication.

“We are dedicated to Poʻokela, the Hawaiian word for excellence and we will continue elevating our service standards, working with homeowners on upgrades and enhancing the value we provide to guests,” said Beaudoin.

Company executives describe the Wailea Beach Villas as “multi-million dollar two- to five-bedroom penthouse suites and villas with lavish living room, dining spaces and private lānai with Viking barbecue grills.”
The property is located on 11 acres along Wailea Beach in South Maui, with rates starting at $1,259 per night.
Guests services include complimentary parking, cabana use, and Wi-Fi.
Hotel executives say nanny, butler, “personal adventure guide,” and private chef services are also available for additional charge upon request.

The Wailea Beach Villas was among the Maui resorts that dominated the state list with Maui County properties securing 13 out of the 25 spots on the list.
While Maui’s resorts fared well, the island as a whole was dethroned from its 20-year strong-hold as the Best Island in the World, coming in at #3 this year.
