***Update: 11/17/14: Mary Rose O’Brien contacted us letting Maui Now know that she has since returned home and is safe.  

Maui Police are seeking the public’s help with information on a Makawao woman who was reported missing earlier this week.

Police say Mary Rose Charrete-O’Brien, 31, failed to return to her home on Monday, Nov. 10, 2014.

According to police reports, she was last seen in the Lahaina area near the Lahaina Cannery Mall at around 9 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 10, 2014, wearing a long sleeve white shirt and beige Capri pants.

Police describe Charrete-O’Brien as a Caucasian female, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighting 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of a fly on her right shoulder, a tribal tattoo on her chest, and a mermaid tattoo on her right hip.
