“Being at the Sea House, I feel like I’ve come full circle,” says Stanislaw, since he started his culinary career at adjacent Kapalua Bay. “It feels good to be back on the bay again, and I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting for the creation and enjoyment of great food.”

The Sea House Restaurant, located at Napili Kai Beach Resort, is one of the few truly “beach front” restaurants on the island of Maui. The Sea House has received numerous awards; this year it was recognized as one of the top five statewide “Best Hotel/Resort Restaurants” and “Best for Breakfast” in Hawaii Magazine’s Third Annual Reader’s Choice Awards. It’s a 2015 recipient of the OpenTable Diners’ Choice Award, and has received recent accolades for its sunset “pau hana” happy hour, creative tapas-style pupu (appetizers), and traditional island-style ambiance. The restaurant, rated “Excellent” by Zagat, is open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails.
