Maui County Budget Director Sandy Baz will be the guest speaker at the Rotary Club of Upcountry Maui meeting on Friday, April 1. The club meets from 8 to 9 a.m. at Casanova Italian Restaurant & Deli in Makawao, 1188 Makawao Ave.
An $18 fee includes breakfast.
