Cane & Canoe at Montage Kapalua Bay has just launched a new seafood poke tasting experience, known as Poke Flights.

Putting a twist on the poke trend, Poke Flights allows diners to sample three styles of freshly-prepared poke, including Traditional Ahi Poke, Kim Chee Tako Poke and Hamachi Poke topped with avocado yuzu mousse and caviar.
