Three’s Bar & Grill invites you to experience a taste of nine different appetizers and a dozen limited-release beers at Pupus & Brews on Wednesday, May 11 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Part of Maui Beer Week, the event is leading up to the 8th annual Maui Brewers Festival, happening at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center on Saturday, May 14.

Pupus & Brews at Three’s will feature several breweries that are taking part in the festival, including The Bruery, The Lost Abbey, Maui Brewing Co., Modern Times, Stone Brewing and Wandering Aengus. They will be sharing 12 limited-release brews, along with this menu:

-Fried oyster po’ boy, Louisiana hot sauce aioli, iceberg lettuce, pickles, tomato

-Short rib poutine, jack cheese, Hāmākua mushroom beer gravy

-Spicy tuna nacho, wonton chip, guacamole, dynamite aioli, kabayaki

BUFFET:

-Chef Johnny San’s house-made pickles

-Bacon wok-fried brussel sprouts, kimchee, soy-balsamic, fried garlic, carrot

-Mango habanero-glazed wings, blue cheese dressing, peanut ginger slaw

-Bacon-wrapped meatloaf, honey chipotle glaze, russet mashed potatoes, edamame succotash

-Fried Kumu farms green beans, parmesan, spicy kabayaki

-grilled shishito peppers, kabayaki, togorashi

Pupus and Brews costs $40 per person, not including tax or gratuity.  Get tickets by calling Three’s at (808) 879-3133 or visiting the restaurant, located at 1945 S. Kīhei Road.
