3 Week Lane Shift on Aʻalele Near Kahului Airport

Aʻalele road work notice.
A roadway improvement project associated with the construction of the Consolidated Rent-A-Car or CONRAC facility at Kahului Airport, will result in a three week lane shift for shoulder work.
From May 18 through approximately May 31, both lanes of Aʻalele Street near the Kahului Airport have been shifted to allow for construction activities on the road shoulder.
Travel in both directions remains open.

Although no delay is expected, motorists are asked to use caution when driving in the area, and obey all posted construction signs and markers.
The lane shift will be in effect between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
