The Shops at Wailea Participates in #LetsGoShopping Initiative

As part of JLL’s national, #LetsGoShopping initiative, The Shops at Wailea is inviting shoppers to gather and give this holiday season.

As part of the #LetsGoShopping event promotion, The Shops at Wailea will be surprising shoppers with retailer gift cards. Shoppers at The Shops at Wailea, from Nov. 25 to Dec. 24 will be selected at random to receive a retailer gift card valued at between $25 and $100, daily. Additional winners will be selected from entries on the mall’s Facebook page.

In addition to the Let’s Go Shopping promotion, area schools and other community groups will provide entertainment for shoppers throughout the holiday season at the main fountain courtyard. Shoppers will also be able to take advantage of gift wrapping provided by the Gamma Chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa located on the upper level near National Geographic Galleries with proceeds from the service to fund scholarships for Maui’s graduating seniors.

The Shops at Wailea will also offering a variety of festive activities throughout the season. Visit Santa at The Shops at Wailea from Nov. 25 to Dec. 24 in the fountain courtyard. Santa’s hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays and Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, 2016.

Shoppers can also share the magic of the holiday season with your precious pooch. Starting on Nov. 28, pets can be brought in for “Paws & Claus” to pose with Santa on Mondays from Nov. 28 to Dec. 16 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

In additional to the daily cultural events, enjoy special holiday performances by Kamehameha School’s ʻUkulele Band on Dec. 3 at 6 p.m., Maui On Stage performing Mary Poppins on Dec. 5 at 6:30 p.m., The Joyful Hearts led by Bonnie Newman on Dec. 10 and 11 at 5 p.m., Maui Community Band on Dec. 10 at 6:30 p.m. and Maui Brass Ensemble on Dec. 17 at 6:30 p.m. both led by Lisa Owens and a special Christmas Eve Hula performance by Aumakua Productions from 11 a.m. to noon at the main fountain courtyard.

And on Friday, Dec. 9, starts the complimentary holiday ornament gift with purchase promotion.
