West: Surf heights are expected to be mainly knee/thigh high today.

South: Surf heights are expected to be mainly knee/thigh high today.

No significant swells are expected through mid-month. Slightly bigger waves expected for the weekend of the 10th and 11th.

Trade winds are easing so the east swell will ease as a result. Small Craft Advisory conditions are still occurring in some coastal waters.

Leftovers of old north-northwest swell has faded down to leftovers and conditions will be pretty flat for the weekend.

Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
