650 Attend 2018 Kupuna Aloha Luncheon

More than 650 kupuna, guests, current politicians, candidates and dignitaries attended the 46th Annual Kupuna Aloha Luncheon hosted by the Maui County Planning & Coordinating Council, and sponsored by Maui Economic Opportunity, Inc.

The event was held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the Grand Wailea in the Haleakalā Ballroom.

Governor David Ige and Keith Regan, Managing Director for Mayor Alan Arakawa gave remarks.  Two Kupuna Advocate Awards were also issued to attorney Larry Ing and Senator Roz Baker for their years of service to Maui County kupuna.

Judge Richard Bissen served as the keynote speaker and entertainment was be provided by Nevah Too Late.
