Island Breeze Performs at the MACC, Dec. 14

Island Breeze, a trio of world-class musicians, will perform at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center on Dec. 14, 2018 at the McCoy Studio Theater at 7:30 p.m.

Grammy nominated slack-key guitarist Jeff Peterson, shakuhachi master Riley Lee, and taiko master Kenny Edo come together to present a unique array of musical instruments.

Kenny Endo is the taiko drummer for band Island Breeze. PC: MACC.

Jeff Peterson is the slack-key guitar player for band Island Breeze. PC: MACC.

Riley Lee is a traditional Japanese flute player and band member of Island Breeze. PC: MACC.

The three musicians collaborated in 2014 to record their first CD, blending the sounds of a slack-key guitar, taiko drums, and Japanese flute.

Tickets include a $30 and $45 option with a 10% discount for MACC members only.
