Sentry Tournament of Champions Community Kick-off Event

In celebration of the start of the Sentry Tournament of Champions PGA TOUR, an inaugural Community Kick-off will take place on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2018 at Campbell Park in Lahaina from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in conjunction with Kapalua and Lahaina Junior Golf.

“Connecting the Sentry Tournament of Champions to the surrounding community and areas is a major focus for our event,” said Alex Urban, general manager of the Sentry Tournament of Champions. “This community and our passionate fans make it possible to stage a world-class sporting event here each January and are the key to being able to give thousands back to local nonprofits each year.”

This interactive and fun family day is complimentary and open to the public. The day will feature giveaways of tournament merchandise and items, and a grand prize giveaway of a signed golf pin flag from defending champion Dustin Johnson.

Golf activities will be provided by professionals from Kapalua Golf staff featuring “SNAG” golf games – a lively and interactive way to test your golf skills and lots of fun for all ages and skill levels.

Tickets for the Sentry Tournament of Champions will also be available for purchase with proceeds from these ticket sales to benefit Lahaina Junior Golf.
