UPDATE:

Initially Mayor Victorino was scheduled to speak to attendees, however, due to his late arrival from the Mayor’s Convention in Washington D.C, his office today confirmed he is unable to attend. The Mayor’s Communications Director Brian Perry and other representatives from the Mayor’s Office will be in attendance to talk story and answer questions about key issues and challenges that Lahaina Town faces.

The meeting also includes the election of board members and the issuance of the 2018 Volunteer of the Year Award and 2018 Business of the Year Award.

LAC invites West-Side residents to meet board members and engage in community planning. The public is invited to participate in the process of promoting, encouraging and preserving the historical, cultural, social and commercial vitality of Lahaina.

Light pūpū will be offered and a no-host bar will be available.

LAC is the center hub for Lahaina festivals and events and is responsible for the operation of the Lahaina Visitor Center at the Old Lahaina Courthouse.
