A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, for Maui County Windward Waters-Maui County Leeward Waters-Ma‘alaea-Bay-Pailolo Channel-Alenuihaha Channel-Kauai Northwest Waters-Kauai Windward Waters-Kauai Leeward Waters-Kauai Channel-Oahu Windward Waters-Oahu Leeward Waters-Kaiwi Channel-Big Island Windward Waters-Big Island Leeward Waters-Big Island Southeast Waters.
Winds and Seas: North winds 15 to 25 knots. Seas 8 to 13 feet.
