A free night sky photography workshop by astrophotographer Stan Honda is open to the public at the Haleakalā National Park Headquarters Visitor Center on March 23, 2019 at 5 p.m.

As Haleakalā National Park’s 2019 Artist in Residence, Honda will hold a public night sky photography workshop at the Headquarters Visitor Center in the Summit District.

The New York-based photographer and photojournalist will be working in the park during a month long residency through a partnership between the National Park Service and the National Parks Arts Foundation.

Honda’s work features natural landscapes, usually night time panoramas.
