Spago Maui will be hosting a special dinner event on Friday, May 24 called “From Lima to Wailea.”
Executive Chef Peleg Miron has crafted a five-course menu for guests to experience at Spago Maui, located at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. The culinary journey features dishes from Lima, Peru to Maui, Hawai‘i, showcasing top, local Hawaiian ingredients prepared with a Peruvian twist.
