Late-Night Happy Hour Now at Lineage

Chef Sheldon Simeon’s Lineage is now serving late-night Happy Hour, from Monday through Friday.

Guests can stop in to the award-winning Wailea restaurant between 9:30 and 10:30 p.m. to enjoy a full menu of snacks such as Boiled Peanuts, Kimchi Dip, and Musubi; desserts such as Tapioca Pudding and Seasonal Sherbert; and after-dinner drinks such as the Borghett About It with Borghetti, Coffee Liqeuer, Raynal Brandy, and Mole Bitters; and the Orenji Flip with Grand Marnier, Orgeat, Salt, Angostura, Orange Bitters, and Whole Egg.

In other news, the head bartender at Lineage, Aaron Alcala-Mosley, will be participating in the world’s largest beverage convention, Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans from July 16 to 21, 2019.
