PC: Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority

The University of Hawaiʻi’s Community Colleges on Maui and Kauaʻi are offering Customer Service and Professional Tour Guide certification programs to Hawaiʻi’s tourism industry through its Offices of Continuing Education.

As a partner of this program, the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority encourages certification as those in the visitor industry collectively strive to strengthen the workforce and enhance the guest experience.

Course modules include:

Introduction to Hawaiʻi Visitors Industry
Servicing the Global Customer
Hoʻokipa Me Ke Aloha – Hospitality with Aloha
Foundations of Hawaiʻi
Communicate with Impact: Talking

All programs are $500 for qualified employers in Hawaiʻi’s visitor industry.
