Southwest is Adding New Flights

Beginning next year, Southwest Airlines will have more flight options for travelers.

The airline announced last month that it will provide its first-ever flights to Līhuʻe and Hilo in mid-January 2020. 

The new routes include flights between Honolulu and Līhuʻe, Honolulu and Hilo, and Honolulu and Sacramento. 

Southwest is also launching new, non-stop service options between Hawai’i and the Bay Area, Oakland, and San Jose, as well as daily flights between Kahului and Kona.  

Details for the new service between Hawaiʻi and San Diego will be announced later, according to the airline.
