Fire officials say the fire is completely under control.

Fire crews are responding to a brush fire on North Kīhei Road.

A burning Kiawe tree was reported between Sugar Beach and the Maui Canoe Club hale near a homeless encampment.

The Maui County Fire Departmentʻs Engine 6 is en route.
