The nonprofit Lānaʻi Cat Sanctuary has been caring the islandʻs cats for a decade now.

Since its inception in 2009, the sanctuary has sterilized more than 2,000 cats and found adoptive families for about 350 others.

Today, the sanctuary is home to more than 600 cats.

The organization operates with a mobile veterinary clinic and a medical team that flies in monthly to provide services.
