New Speech Therapy Clinic Accepting Patients

A new speech therapy clinic in Kīhei is now open and seeing patients of all ages.

The Maui Speech Therapy center offers free language, articulation and swallowing screening for children.

“My goal is to provide Hawaiians of all ages with the necessary tools to help them communicate to their best ability as well as swallow safely and effectively to maintain a desirable quality of life,” Maui Speech Therapy founder Kristi Kelly said in a press release.

Kelly specializes in dysphagia, cognitive and language disorders related to neurological impairments or injury, voice problems and other speech therapy-related issues, and promises to provide an “innovative and collaborative approach to treating patients.”

Maui Speech Therapy is located at 101 Kanani Rd.
