Hui No‘eau Announces Juror for its 2020 Annual Juried Exhibition
Hui Noʻeau Visual Arts Center is honored to welcome Honolulu-based Artist, Art Consultant & Curator, Kelly Sueda, as the juror for their upcoming 2020 Annual Juried Exhibition.
This prestigious exhibition offers an opportunity for artists to showcase works in all mediums. Ceramics, printmaking, sculpture, photography, painting, drawing, jewelry, digital media, fiber, wood, mixed media and all other artistic explorations created within the past two years are welcome.
Artists may submit works for jurying on Tuesday, Jan. 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hui Noʻeau. The prospectus and entry forms are available online at huinoeau.com/exhibitions
Annual Juried Exhibition 2020 opens to the public on Friday, Jan. 17 with an opening reception from 5 to 7 p.m. and will be on display in the Hui Noʻeau Main Gallery until February 21. Hui Noʻeau Visual Arts Center is open to the public daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with free admission. Kelly Sueda is an artist and a fine art consultant. He attended University of San Francisco at the Academy of Art College where he earned his Bachelor’s of Fine Arts. After graduating he became a full-time artist, living in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Colorado, and now resides in Honolulu. Kelly currently serves on the board of the Honolulu Museum of Art, the Honolulu Biennial Foundation, Kapʻiolani Hospital Foundation, The Hawaiʻi State Junior Golf Association, and the board of the Association of Unit Owners of Park Lane Hawaiʻi.
