Water Tie-In to Interrupt Kahului Service, Jan. 23

ROJAC Construction will be performing work on the County’s water system on Hina Avenue in Kahului on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020.

The work includes a tie-in of a new water line to accommodate the water system upgrades for the new classrooms at the Kahului Elementary School.

Water service in the area will be shut-off from approximately 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. Affected areas will be along Lono Avenue between Hina Avenue and Papa Avenue; and the following streets between Hina Avenue and Lono Avenue: Oʻahu Street, Molokaʻi Akau Street, Lehua Street and Papa Avenue.

Affected customers are encouraged to store water and adjust schedules appropriately.
