Sugimura to Host Monthly Talk Story

Councilmember Yuki Lei K. Sugimura will hold her monthly Talk Story this Saturday, Jan. 11, at the Upcountry Farmers Market from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. State Rep. Kyle Yamashita will be available to cover state issues.
Talk Story with Yuki Lei is a monthly outreach program that aims to engage the community on county issues.
Sugimura started the program in 2017 and schedules this outreach on the second Saturday of each month, schedule permitting.
Sugimura’s commitee has recently been named chair to the Water, Infrastructure and Transportation Committee.
