Watumull Properties Acquires Kahului Facility

Hawaiʻi-based company Watumull Properties Corp. completed its second recent Maui acquisition with the purchase of 150 Paʻahana Street, Kahului for $3,050,000.

The purchase includes two industrial lots in the heart of Kahului near Maui Mall and a two-story office/warehouse facility occupied by Herc Rentals, Inc. and SpeediShuttle Tours and Transportation, LLC.

Earlier this year, the company purchased Minds Eye Square in Lahaina.

Watumull Properties Corp. owns a variety of Maui properties including the nearby Midway Center on Hāna Highway, 74 Lono Avenue, 283 Lalo and West Maui Center.

“We are pleased to have this opportunity to work with the seller on this off-market opportunity which demonstrates our commitment and belief in Maui,” company president JD Watumull said in a press release.

“We have a positive outlook on Maui’s future especially when supported by quality tenants.”

Keoni Fursse, Principal Broker and Owner of Kokua Realty, LLC represented the buyer and will be managing the building.
