Swimming Lessons Offered at Upcountry Aquatic Center

The County of Maui Department of Parks and Recreation announces Learn to Swim program registration beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, at the Upcountry Aquatic Center.

The program will run from March 6 to May 2, 2020. See program times below.

Saturdays:
Level 1A Beginner ages 4-8 year olds; 9 to 9:30 a.m.
Level 1B Beginner ages 6-10 year olds; 9:30 to 10 a.m.
Level 2 ages 6-10 year olds; 10 to 10:45 a.m.

Fridays:
Level 3 ages 7-12 year olds; 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Classes are limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. A parent or adult guardian must register in person with a child. A swim test may be held to determine a child’s level of participation.

The Upcountry Aquatic Center is located at 90 Pukalani St.
