LIST: Maui Road Closures This Week

Here is a list of lane closures scheduled for this week (Feb. 22 to Feb. 28):

— HĀNA HIGHWAY (ROUTE 360) —

1) WAILUA VALLEY (24-HOUR WORK)

Lane closure on Hāna Highway (Route 360) in the northbound direction in the vicinity of the Wailua Valley State Wayside on Saturday, Feb. 22, through Friday, Feb. 28, over a 24-hour period, for soil nail installation.

2) HAIKU (24-HOUR WORK)

Lane closure on Hana Highway (Route 360) in the northbound direction in the vicinity of Papaʻaʻea Road on Saturday, Feb. 22, through Friday, Feb. 28, over a 24-hour period, for soil nail installation.

— HONOAPIʻILANI HIGHWAY (ROUTE 30) —

1) LAHAINA

Left lane closure on Honoapiʻilani Highway (Route 30) in both directions between Lahainaluna Road and Aholo Road on Tuesday, Feb. 25, through Wednesday, Feb. 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for landscape maintenance.

2) KAPALUA

Closure of single lane at a time on Honoapiʻilani Highway (Route 30) in both directions in the vicinity of Mile Marker 32, between Honolua Bay Scenic Lookout and Honolua Bay Trailhead on Monday, Feb. 24, through Wednesday, Feb. 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for tree trimming and tree removal. Traffic flow in both directions will be maintained through alternating traffic control (contraflow).

— KĀNE STREET —

1) KAHULUI

Lane shift on Kāne Street in the northbound direction between Vevau Street and Kaʻahumanu Avenue on Monday, Feb. 24, through Friday, Feb. 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for storm drain installation.

— KAʻAHUMANU AVENUE —

1) WAILUKU (NIGHT WORK)

Closure of single lane at a time on Kaʻahumanu Avenue in the eastbound direction at the Lono Avenue intersection on Friday, Feb. 28, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., for trench restoration. Traffic flow in both directions will be maintained through alternating traffic control (contraflow).

2) WAILUKU

Right lane closure on Kaʻahumanu Avenue in the westbound direction between Kainani Street and Kinipopo Street on Thursday, Feb. 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for landscape maintenance.

— KAHULUI BEACH ROAD —

1) KAHULUI

Closure of single lane at a time on Kahului Beach Road in the southbound direction at the Kanaloa Avenue intersection on Monday, Feb. 24, through Friday, Feb. 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for electrical work.
