Ledcor Development LP announced plans for a collection of luxury residential developments located in Wailea.
The Wailea Hills Collection will be the area’s newest resort-style home community featuring modern Hawaiian architecture, pedestrian-friendly trails and walking paths, open spaces, 180-degree ocean and island views, sustainable landscaping and residential amenity areas for fitness, recreation and community.
The first residential opportunity within The Wailea Hills Collection is Laʻi Loa, which consists of 75 condominium residences spread across 15 modern buildings. The buildings are planned for orientation along naturally stepped terraces in order to maximize ocean views of Molokini, Kahoʻolawe, Lānaʻi and the West Maui mountains in sight.
Priced from about $1.5 million, Laāi Loa plans to offer single-level, two- and three-bedroom residences along with four-bedroom, full-floor penthouses that range in size from approximately 1,370 to 2,585 square feet. Sales are expected to begin in March.
The Laʻi Loa project is located off Kai Malu Drive, adjacent to the 7th hole of Wailea Blue Course.
“Our vision for The Wailea Hills Collection is to embody the spirit of Wailea and contribute to the local community in a meaningful way,” said Paul Woodward, senior vice president for Ledcor Development LP. “Ledcor’s local team has designed the first offering in this collection with the utmost reverence for the beautiful setting of the site and the surrounding community so it can be a true point of pride for Wailea. We look forward to sharing more details in the coming weeks.”
