Kula Man Arrested After Allegedly Refusing to Fill Out Quarantine Paperwork

A Kula man was arrested on Friday for allegedly refusing to fill out quarantine paperwork upon arrival at Kahului Airport from Hilo.
Police say Arthur Terry, 62, was arrested at around 2:55 p.m. on Dec. 4, and charged for Rules and Orders pertaining to quarantine violation.
Terry was released at around 4:18 p.m. the same day after posting $2,000 bail.
