The Shops at Wailea presents September entertainment lineup
This month, guests can enjoy performances by talented local artists at The Shops at Wailea every Wednesday from 4:30 to 6 p.m. This includes Tarvin Makia (Sept. 4), Nevah Too Late (Sept. 11), Rama Camarillo (Sept. 18) and Mondokane (Sept. 25).
The Shops at Wailea also hosts Jazz at The Shops on Saturday evening, Sept. 7. The Krew, a vibrant jazz ensemble, will fill the lower-level performance area from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Also on Saturday, Sept. 7, from 5 to 8 p.m., Art Night at The Shops will celebrate creativity and community. Visitors can explore four incredible galleries—Martin & MacArthur Gallery, Enchantress & Freeborne Gallery, Maui Hands, and Tasini Tiki Gallery—while meeting local artists, learning about their creative processes, and enjoying complimentary light refreshments.
The Shops will close out the month with its signature concert series, Ke Kani Hone O Wailea, on Friday, Sept. 27, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. This month’s Ke Kani Hone O Wailea features soulful and spellbinding Paula Fuga. Known for her stunning vocals and poetic songwriting, Fuga is one of Hawaiʻi’s most respected female artists. This special event will support the Hawaiʻi Community Foundation’s Maui Strong Fund.
