BRIEF: MPD Wall of SPAM Donated to Maui Food Bank

A total of 351 cans of SPAM will be donated to the Maui Food Bank to assist with efforts in feeding the less fortunate citizens of Maui County.

The donation drive was led by the Maui Police Department in coordination with the County of Maui Communications team.

Donated cans were constructed into a “Great Wall of SPAM” at the Wailuku Police station over a four week period ending December 22.

Assisting with the project were Terry Jones, Lisa Tomita and Officer Dennis Clifton with the Maui Police Department; and Rod Antone and Ryan Piros with the County of Maui, Public Information Office.
