An employee of the Maui Police Department was arrested on Tuesday for a list of alleged offenses including harassment and impersonating a law enforcement officer in the 2nd degree.
Charles B. Barrett, 49, is a 10-year employee of the Maui Police Department, having served as an Information Systems Analyst since May 8, 2001.
