16 Vehicle Break-ins on Maui Feb. 19 to Feb. 25, 2012

There were a total of 16 vehicle break-ins reported on Maui over a seven day period between February 19 and 25, 2012.

The incidents included eight break-ins in Kahului–four of which were from HC&S property near the Hansen Road/Mokulele Highway intersection.

A complete run-down of incidents is listed below:

Haiku:

• Sunday, February, 19, 2012, 2:30 p.m.:  Hana Highway, East of Mile Post 6.  2011 White Subaru Impreza.

Kahului:

• Wednesday, February 22, 2012, 8:10 a.m.:  Keopuolani Park Drive at the parking lot closest to Kanaloa Avenue.  1996 White Ford Ranger.
• Tuesday, February 21, 2012, 6 p.m.:  Kaahumanu Avenue at the Queen Kaahumanu Shopping Center.  2010 White Dodge Charger.
• Friday, February 24, 2012, 3:30 p.m.:  Mahalani Street at the Kaiser Clinic, Wailuku.  2001 White Honda Accord.
• Saturday, February 25, 2012, 7:53 p.m.:  Hookele Street, rear parking lot of Zippy’s.  2004 White Chrysler four-door sedan.
• Saturday, February 25, 2012, 3:30 p.m.:  Hansen Road/Mokulele Highway intersection at Maalaea Farms on HC&S property.  2004 Blue Ford Ranger.
• Saturday, February 25, 2012, 3:30 p.m.:  Hansen Road/Mokulele Highway intersection at Maalaea Farms on HC&S property.  2009 Red Ford Ranger.
• Saturday, February 25, 2012, 3:30 p.m.:  Hansen Road/Mokulele Highway intersection at Maalaea Farms on HC&S property.  1995 Red Ford F150
• Saturday, February 25, 2012, 3:30 p.m.:  Hansen Road/Mokulele Highway intersection at Maalaea Farms on HC&S property. 2006 Red Ford F150

• Wednesday, February 22, 2012, 11:30 a.m.:  Honoapiilani Highway at Honolua Bay.  2011 Silver Dodge Caravan.

Kaunakakai:

• Monday, February 20, 2012, 11:59 a.m.:  Kamehameha V Highway at Kamoi Street, Rawlins Cheveron.  2000 Black Ford Ranger.

Kihei:

• Tuesday, February 21, 2012, 10:02 a.m.:  Ahaiki Street.  2005 White dodge Ram 1500.

Maunaloa:

• Saturday, February 25, 2012, 1 p.m.:  Kaana Street.  2008 Blue Jeep Compass.

Paia:

• Friday, February 24, 2012, 4 p.m.:  Hana Highway at the Paia Municipal parking lot.  2010 Silver Dodge Charger.

Waihee;

• Tuesday, February 21, 2012, 3:38 p.m.  Kahekili Highway.  2011 Silver Jeep Wrangler.

Wailea:

• Saturday, February 25, 2012, 2 p.m.  Makena Road in the area of Secret Beach.  2001 White Chrysler Voyager.
