Purse Theft at Fun Factory Under Investigation

Authorities from the Maui Police Department and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s help in identifying the person(s) responsible for the theft of items from a purse at the Fun Factory in the Maui Mall.
The incident was reported on March 12, 2012 in Kahului.
According to authorities, the five subjects in the attached surveillance photo are wanted for questioning in the case.
Authorities say an unattended purse was allegedly taken, and then returned to an employee at the business, after contents were taken from within.

Maui Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of individuals in unsolved crimes.
The public is reminded that the information provided by authorities is merely an accusation, and all parties are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
