Request for Proposals
Requesting proposals for conservation land management activities that
aim to protect ecosystem function and the flora and fauna of The Nature Conservancy’s 1,264-acre Kapunakea Preserve on the West Side of Maui.
The project would contract an entity to conduct invasive species control and resource monitoring as specified by the Conservancy. Kapunakea Preserve is managed in large part through the State's Natural Area Partnership Program and is an integral part of a contiguous, managed watershed, serving as the primary source of freshwater for area residents, farms and businesses and providing essential habitat for many rare, native and endangered species.
Bids are due July 29, 2026 at 12pm (noon). Please email Kerri Fay at kfay@tnc.org for a full copy of RFP by July 20, 2024 and questions due by July 23, 2026.
