Be among the first to receive Chef Sheldon’s highly anticipated new cookbook, ʻOhana Style, and experience the spirit of the book brought to life through a collaborative dinner with our Andaz Maui culinary team.

Set against the ocean backdrop of Nohea Lawn, this exclusive experience invites you to the table for an ʻohana style feast where dishes are shared, stories are told, and community comes first.

The evening begins with sunset pūpūs, live music, and time to meet Chef Sheldon while enjoying book signing opportunities. As golden hour unfolds, Chef Sheldon will talk story about the inspiration behind ʻOhana Style, a heartfelt tribute to the flavors, memories, and people who shaped his kitchen.

Guests will then be seated for a three course ʻohana style dinner thoughtfully crafted in collaboration with Chef Sheldon and Andaz Maui’s chefs. Each course will be introduced with personal storytelling that highlights the cultural influences, local partnerships, and island ingredients that define Hawaiʻi’s vibrant food community.
