Bring it Home 2025: Adaptations Dance Theater’s 7th Annual Performance Weekend Adaptations Dance Theater (ADT) is excited to present Bring it Home 2025, its seventh annual summer contemporary dance performance, taking place August 15–17, 2025 at the historic ʻĪao Theater in Wailuku, Maui. This year’s program features world premieres by choreographers Hallie Hunt, Charlotte Griffin, and Emily McKeon, showcasing a diverse and dynamic range of movement, storytelling, and bold artistic visions. The performances highlight the depth of Maui’s local dance talent alongside guest artists from beyond the islands, connecting Hawai‘i’s creative community to national voices in contemporary dance. Artistic Director Hallie Hunt shares, “This year’s choreographers each bring a distinct perspective rooted in exploration, collaboration, and a deep commitment to their craft. We’re thrilled to offer Maui audiences a weekend of original work that honors both individual expression and collective artistry.” In a commitment to inclusivity, ADT partners with the Wave of Harmony Foundation to offer 50 complimentary tickets for keiki, kūpuna, and community members facing financial barriers. These tickets are available online by selecting the “Keiki/Kūpuna – Provided with Aloha by the Wave of Harmony Foundation” option, or can be requested at the box office.
