Join us for our monthly hands-on workshop for creatives! Come learn, ask questions, and network with Maui’s growing creative community.

📅 Saturday (4th Saturday of the Month)

🕙 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

📍 Akakū Center – Suite 204, Media Lab

333 Dairy Road, Kahului

The debate is real, which camera form factor is best for shooting video? Find out about the differences between a ʻprosumerʻ all in one ʻcamcorderʻ versus the still camera shaped ʻmirrorlessʻ video cameras. Both often sit at similar price points — but which one makes sense for your filmmaking goals? Whether you're just getting started or upgrading your gear, this workshop will help you make informed decisions before investing.

Youʻll learn:

  • Pros & Cons of Each
  • Ergonomics & Key Features
  • Best Uses for Filmmaking
  • Real-world production considerations
