In collaboration with Chef Matt Demery Executive Chef at Miraval Arizona, Chef Ritchard Cariaga, Executive Chef at Andaz Maui and Chef Chance Savell, Executive Sous Chef at Andaz Maui, this wellness-forward menu highlights locally sourced ingredients, sustainable seafood, and the option to add on zero-proof beverage pairings (+$100 option at checkout)
From Kula-grown greens and Kaua‘i shrimp to poached Kona lobster and hand-harvested herbs, each course honors the richness of Hawai‘i’s edible landscape—with mindful preparation and bold, clean flavors.
